General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Hysqia online shop.By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.
3. Right of Withdrawal
Information on the right of withdrawalThe customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the customer or a third party designated by them receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (e.g., by email) of their decision.
4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasonsif their seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies in particular to Hysqia cosmetic products.Once the packaging is opened or the safety seal is damaged, returns are excluded.

5. Return Conditions
A return is only possible if:• the goods are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging• the return is made within 14 days• proof of purchase is provided
The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If the customer receives damaged or incorrect goods:• this must be reported within 48 hours of receipt• photo evidence may be required
In this case, the goods will be replaced or refunded.
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
